Ecology Park Plant Sale This Weekend!
Our popular May long weekend plant sale at Ecology Park is back! Stop by for a large selection of native plants and trees and have your gardening questions answered. The sale runs from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, May 20th. Ecology Park is located at 1867 Ashburnham Drive, next to Peterborough Utilities.
Pennies for the Planet
The penny is on the way out, and Finance Minister Jim Flaherty encouraged Canadians to donate their stash of the coin to charity. With this in mind, Peterborough Green-Up kicked off Pennies for the Planet. The fundraiser's goal is to collect as many pennies as possible during the month of April, to support Green-Up's education programs in the community. Pennies can be dropped off at:

- The Avant-Garden Shop
- The Green-Up Store
- The Black Horse Pub
- Green Eyewear Optical
- Sticklings
