Over the last 30 years, GreenUP has become a reputable local resource known to support residents, businesses, schools, and municipalities in achieving their sustainability goals. Initially incubated at the Kawartha World Issues Centre, GreenUP incorporated as a charitable non-profit in 1992. Then, and now, GreenUP is viewed as part of a local solution to the complex, global environmental issues that our community faces.
