Job Posting – Landscape Support Staff, Summer Contract

POSITION DETAILS

Terms: Full-time, seasonal

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday required

Compensation: $18.46

Location: On-site at Ecology Park

Desired Start Date: May 1, 2023

Position Details: Three staff will be hired for this position

Position Requirements: Candidates must be eligible for Canada Summer Jobs (criteria include being between the ages of 15 and 30 as well as being Canadian Citizens or legally entitled to work in Canada)

Reporting To: Vern Bastable, Director of Ecology Park

ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND

GreenUP is a registered environmental charity that offers programs and services to those living and working in the Peterborough region. Our programs focus on facilitating positive action and providing the tools to make changes that can create a large and lasting impact on our environment. As an active community organization, we partner with individuals, businesses, other non-profit organizations, and governments to ensure that our region maintains its longstanding track record of environmental leadership in Ontario and across Canada.
