1. Locally-made, Natural Bar Soaps

We have several varieties of hand-made soaps that are perfect for Mother’s Day.

Charcoal & Rose Petals hand-made bar soaps (only available by phone) are made in small batches using all natural ingredients and a whole lot of love. Made right here in Peterborough, Ontario. You can choose from several beautifully crafted varieties:

Free to Be Natural soaps (only available by phone) are also lovingly made in small batches, honouring old-world craftsmanship and sustaining quality and freshness. You can choose from these two varieties:

3. Simply Natural Canada Essential Oil Roll-On (available by phone only)

Sometimes managing all of the things can really give you a headache, and keep you up at night. Help Mom to unwind with an easy to apply essential oil roll on, featuring soothing lavender or pain-zapping peppermint.

Organic loose leaf tea is a lovely little luxury and an invitation to sit down and relax. Whether you choose ImmuniTea, Sleepy Tea, or Tulsi, these herbal delights are each blended with quality botanicals and packaged in compostable paper zip pouches. 8. Ecomum Organic Cotton Napkins

 

These locally-made, multipurpose four-packs can be used as cocktail napkins, hankies, or wipes. Designer and chief maker, Jeannine Crow uses organic cotton thread and fabric to craft these sweet little lovies. The edges are rolled and edge stitched, rather than serged, for a cleaner finish. Each cloth measures 10″x 10″ and launders easily, just treat them as you would any other cottons. Their modest size makes them perfect for tucking into lunch boxes, or even keeping in your car glove box to add a touch of refinement to chip truck indulgences! Order the blue mix or the pink mix.

9. Cheeks Ahoy Reusable Facial Rounds.

Green-up mom’s facial routine with these locally-made, washable cotton rounds. These are ideal for removing make-up, applying toner, and exfoliating. Each pad is made from two layers of cotton flannel and measures approximately 3″ in diameter. The edges are surged for durability and to prevent fraying, so feel free to throw in a garment bag and launder as normal.
