Temporary Closure due to COVID-19

In accordance with the directions of the Ontario Government and to safeguard the health of our community, GreenUP is closing our offices until April 8, 2020. Our staff are working from home during this time. The GreenUP Store is also closed, and we will evaluate re-opening to the public on April 9, 2020.

This decision is a difficult one, with impacts on our programs and services, but we’re committed to flattening the curve, and we’ll continue to be available by email and via social media @PtboGreenUP.

Our work at GreenUP is focused on creating healthy and sustainable communities. Right now, we believe the that the healthiest and most sustainable thing we can all do is to act on the advice of Peterborough Public Health and Health Canada. They are our trusted sources of information about COVID-19. Our best defences are excellent hand washing, physical distancing, and self-isolation.  If you are concerned that you may have come into contact with the virus, please consult the recommendations from Peterborough Public Health at www.peterboroughpublichealth.ca.
